New Home Sales Counselor
Be the “Face” of your own community! Tradition Homes is seeking highly energetic individuals who are motivated, ambitious self-starters, to lead in the sales process. Qualified candidates will learn the Tradition Homes sales process and materials, be 100% committed to customer satisfaction, and demonstrate a complete knowledge of the closing process. Candidates will also take an active role in generating new sales leads and community outreach programs, such as neighborhood events and Realtor programs.
New Home Assistant Sales Counselor
New Home Assistant Sales Counselors will have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Assistant Sales Counselor will assist the Sales Counselor with scheduling appointments, Realtor outreach, lead managment, and product presentation. Qualified candidates will also be able to demonstrate a complete knowledge of the closing process.
